My Health Record

QUFW is currently unable to upload ultrasound reports to My Health Record due to a temporary system limitation. In the meantime, all patients will continue to receive a copy of their ultrasound report following their examination, and a copy will also be provided to their referring practitioner. If you would like your ultrasound report to be uploaded to My Health Record once this functionality becomes available, please email [email protected] with your request. Covid & Visitor Policy

We use the Qld Government Covid Traffic Light system to determine our current level of health advice and procedures.

We are currently at GREEN LIGHT status

What does this mean?

  • Current low rates of community transmission and Qld is not in a COVID-19 wave
  • Masks are not required within the department by patients and staff
  • Some staff may prefer to wear a mask
  • Two support people allowed per patient
  • One of those support people may be a child
  • A child must be accompanied by an adult support person

If you have flu like symptoms – we kindly ask you to wear a mask and consider rebooking your appointment to help us protect our staff

If you have tested positive for Covid-19 – we kindly ask that you rebook your appointment

  • Please allow 7 days after testing positive before rebooking
