QUFW is currently unable to upload ultrasound reports to My Health Record due to a temporary system limitation. In the meantime, all patients will continue to receive a copy of their ultrasound report following their examination, and a copy will also be provided to their referring practitioner. If you would like your ultrasound report to be uploaded to My Health Record once this functionality becomes available, please email [email protected] with your request. QUFW Referral Letter RTF Template – Now available for Best Practice

Import the QUFW Referral as an RTF file into Bp Premier as a template:

  1. Save the template file to a known folder on the Bp Premier server or anywhere accessible from a Bp Premier workstation.
  2. From the main Bp Premier screen, click the Best Practice Premier Word Processor icon or select Utilities > Word processor from the menu.
  3. When in a patient record, select File > New Letter – the word processor will open
  4. Select Templates > Import Template. Browse to the directory that you saved the RTF template into.
  5. Select the file name to be imported and click Open.
  6. The template will be displayed in the word processor.
  7. Make any changes to the imported template.
  8. Select Available to all users if you want other users to be able to use the template.
  9. Save the template.
