QUFW is currently unable to upload ultrasound reports to My Health Record due to a temporary system limitation. In the meantime, all patients will continue to receive a copy of their ultrasound report following their examination, and a copy will also be provided to their referring practitioner. If you would like your ultrasound report to be uploaded to My Health Record once this functionality becomes available, please email [email protected] with your request. Rose found out she was having Monochorionic monoamniotic (MCMA) twins at her dating scan with QUFW. MCMA is a rare twin condition, where both babies are in one gestational sac and share the one placenta.

This short documentary, exclusive to QUFW, explores Rose and her family and their experience with MCMA twins and the challenges they had to overcome to have these two healthy happy little girls in their arms today 💕!
